Workspace
Getting Started
What does Documents Dock help with?
Documents Dock is a shipment document operations workspace for SMB importers and exporters. It helps teams organize Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, transport documents, issued certificates, document revisions, and recipient-specific bundles in one shipment workspace.
Is this a document generation tool?
Document creation is only one workflow. The product is broader: it manages generated documents, received counterparty documents, issued document archives, request material packs, AI/OCR review, and bundle readiness for banks, forwarders, declaring agents, insurers, and counterparties.
Who is the first launch market for?
The Singapore launch is designed for small import/export teams, trading companies, distributors, and operators that still manage shipment documents across email, spreadsheets, PDFs, and shared folders.
Trade Ops
Singapore Workflows
Is the workspace based on Singapore as the operating market?
Yes. The global launch defaults to Singapore-oriented import/export operations, English interface copy, Singapore pricing, Google sign-in, Paddle billing, and PDPA-aware legal notices.
Does Documents Dock act as a declaring agent or customs broker?
No. Documents Dock does not submit customs declarations, classify HS codes as a final decision, provide legal validity decisions, or act as a declaring agent. It prepares review materials and keeps document operations organized.
Can I use it with my existing forwarder or declaring agent?
Yes. The workspace is built to prepare handoff bundles for forwarders, declaring agents, customs brokers, banks, insurers, and overseas counterparties without forcing them into a shared transaction network.
AI/OCR
AI And Document Review
What documents can AI/OCR help review?
Plus supports PDF, Excel, and scanned PDF data capture, cross-document consistency checks, submission baselines, and recipient bundles. Pro adds document version and change history, JPG/PNG image document reading, and shipment AI analysis.
Does AI/OCR make final compliance decisions?
No. AI/OCR is a review aid. Users must check the original file, extracted values, and business context before accepting a result or sending a bundle.
Do operators view customer originals?
No. Operators do not view customer originals or extracted field values for routine quality control. Support workflows should use metadata, status signals, and customer-provided screenshots unless explicit case handling is required.
Plans
Billing
Do paid plans include a free trial?
Yes. Plus and Pro start with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, Plus is S$29 per month and Pro is S$59 per month.
Who handles checkout, tax, invoices, and refunds?
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for global checkout. Paddle handles payment processing, tax handling, buyer receipts, invoices, refund processing, and billing self-service where applicable.
Is there a permanent free plan?
No. The Singapore launch starts with a 14-day free trial on Plus or Pro so document operations, billing, and support expectations stay clear from day one.
