Refund policy for the Documents Dock global service.

Trial and refund window

  • Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. If Paddle checkout or local law requires different wording, the Paddle checkout and customer portal terms control billing handling.
  • Refund handling follows Paddle's terms, tax handling, receipt, chargeback, and customer portal flow.
  • If a paid workspace is granted manually for support recovery, the support team records the entitlement period and cancellation request in the workspace notes.

Subscription plans

  • Plus is planned at S$29 per month for document data capture, cross-document consistency checks, submission baselines, and recipient bundles.
  • Pro is planned at S$59 per month for document version and change history, JPG/PNG image document reading, and shipment AI analysis.
  • Plan names, pricing, and included features shown at checkout control the purchase if they differ from this draft.

Non-refundable cases

  • Fraud, abuse, sanctions evasion, false documents, or material terms violations may limit refunds where permitted by the billing provider and applicable law.
  • Bank fees, foreign exchange differences, card network timing, and tax handling may be controlled by Paddle or the payment network.
